Client assets are primarily held by an independent custodian National Bank Independent Network (NBIN), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the National Bank Financial Inc. This means that no one at Newport Private Wealth ever has access to your cash or investments.

Independent valuation and recordkeeping for the Newport Funds is provided by SS&C CommonWealth.

The Newport Funds are audited annually by Deloitte. Newport Private Wealth Inc. is audited annually by PwC.
